Drexel Online Journal

I love this:

Effective Immediately:
Please note a change in policy regarding rejection notices: If you do not hear from us within six weeks of submitting, you can assume that we are unable to use your material(Drunk.

I used to think there was nothing worse than a form letter rejection. These guys can't even be bothered to do that.

Plus it's an electronic submission. All they have to do is: copy, paste, send.

Re:Drexel Online Journal

Ralan.com actually recommends not to send anything to Drexel--they have extremely long response times (when they can be bothered to respond at all. What a tacky note!) and are notorious for losing manuscripts.

If you've got anything with them, I'd go ahead and send it to another market. You can always write Drexel a "sorry, this has already been bought by another publisher" letter. I know a lot of pubs frown on simultaneous submissions, but when one of the markets has a rep for not ever responding, I think it's okay.
