A good book on the subject is Relativity Visualized by Lewis Carroll Epstein. This is an excellent non mathamatical book that helps you understand special relativity at an intuitive level. I reccomend it to anyone.

• FTL2.xls: This is a xls spreadsheet with the relativity equations. It is not very pretty or easy to use but it at least I typed in the formulas. Mostly I wanted to see how to upload files.
