Read some of the manuscript for an even bigger laugh. Chapter 34 in particular was created by a machine.

I had to give up reading Atlanta Nights, or buy a new monitor--there's only so much coffee you can spray on those things before they quit working. Laughing out loud

The shame of it is, I know people who've got books out on PublishAmerica, and they really did deserve better, both as writers and as parties to a contract.

I still don't trust POD any further than I can drop-kick it. If nobody picks up my stuff, I'll just print it out on acid-free paper and leave it in the safe with instructions to my next of kin. Seriously.
