There are lots of discussions of what the future will bring. Mostly it involves new technology. But say we lived in a magical world. What would the future hold then? There are two paths we can take here, first a new magical technique is developed or an old one is applied to a current problem or second a technological device is created in this magical world. Does a wizard animate a car so it doesn't need a driver? Does some wannabe wizard develope a taser? What about genetic modification of mythical animals?
