She watched her hands put down the pen and grow still. Good. She'd timed it just right. Maybe this new scheduling gadget really would be helpful. She felt the urge, felt compelled, to go into the kitchen and fix some lunch. That and then eating it were still right on track. So muuch better than her lifelong habits of procrastination. The early afternoon continued successful. And then it was midafternoon. She thought she'd allocated ample time for what she'd intended here, but had been caught up and intent on what she was doing. And when her hands put down the pen this time, she almost screamed and tried to fight it. Useless. Well, the gadget came with instructions for this type of event. She sighed, reached behind her ear, and withdrew the tiny object.
