The Human Brain, Plus and Minus

As we all know, the human brain is marvelous and very complex. Our September prompt calls for imaginative celebrations of this. Write about brains with extra abilities, artificial or through mutation. Or write about disabilities and possible ways of dealing with them--perhaps an interface or implant. Or come up with any approach of your own!
